Consultation and contact requests
Consultation and general enquiries currently use direct email or telephone. Your email app or telephone service handles sending; the website does not automatically submit these enquiries. Share only your name, contact details, enquiry category and optional preferred time. We use what you provide to respond. No diagnosis, symptoms, medication, trauma history or clinical records are requested. This is not a clinical intake system.
Reading list
Newsletter interest is optional and uses a separate, unchecked consent box. Only your email, consent version and date are stored. Consultation requests never subscribe you automatically. Email sending is not active; addresses remain unverified and must be verified before any campaign. You can follow RSS without providing an email.
Storage and withdrawal
Earlier website request records are kept for up to 90 days and unverified newsletter interest for up to 30 days. Expired records are excluded from access and removed on the next form or inbox operation. Each successful website form submission gives you a private withdrawal link which deletes that record; keep it confidential. Email correspondence is separate from the website database; contact us to request its deletion. A separate ongoing service, if agreed, needs its own recordkeeping notice.
Hosting and safeguards
The website uses OpenAI Sites and its Cloudflare hosting/database infrastructure. Form records are accessible to the site owner through an authenticated inbox, not to public readers. Hosting providers process necessary connection and security information under their own service terms; infrastructure and support may operate internationally. This site does not claim UK-only data residency. We store a salted daily network identifier for abuse prevention for up to 24 hours; the form database does not store your raw IP address.
Local reading and cookies
Dictionary searches run in your browser. Bookmarks and trail names stay in this browser until you delete them; export and deletion are available in My Library. Your choices and rights
You can decline the forms and keep using the reading resources. You can withdraw consent without affecting earlier lawful processing and ask for access, correction, deletion or portability where applicable. Requests are handled after proportionate identity checks. You may complain to the UK Information Commissioner or the relevant authority where you live. ICO
